Prof. Dr. Kim Talus

Kim Talus is the holder of the James McCulloch Chair in Energy Law at Tulane University and the founding Director of the Tulane Center for Energy Law. He is also a Professor of European Energy Law at UEF Law School and the co-Director of its Center for Climate, Energy and Environmental Law Center (CCEEL). Admitted in 2012, Dr. Oloo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is also the CEO of the East African Centre for Human Rights (EACH Rights) a regional Non-Governmental Organization that seeks to initiate and undertake programmes that promote, protect, and enhance Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ECOSOC Rights) in the region.Read more
