The World Bank Group Country Partnership Framework (CPF) 2022-2026 for Djibouti reflects the evolution of the World Bank Group’s support to Djibouti towards a more selective engagement, in line with the government’s development strategy.
It aims to help Djibouti achieve its poverty reduction goal by promoting inclusive private sector-led growth, encouraging job creation and human capital, and strengthening the role and capacity of the state. Drawing on the analysis of the Systematic Country Diagnostic (SCD) and based on past achievements, lessons learned and past consultations with a wide range of national stakeholders, the CPF examines the country’s challenges and opportunities to supporting Djibouti’s sustainable growth potential and meeting the aspirations of its people.
